"Terrible communication from the staff when it came to maintenance of and ultimately cancellation of my auto and renters policy. They regularly took days and multiple reminders to fulfill requests. I am currently waiting for them to cancel my policy which I first communicated days ago, and have followed up twice without a response.

Update - after leaving this review, I was followed up with and they cancelled my policy/issued the appropriate refund, which I appreciated. However, I ultimately don't believe that leaving a public grievance should be what prompts service."
